Go to Email Campaigns on the main navigation menu
Searching and Sorting:
At the top of the Email Campaign list, you will see a section for numerous ways to Search and Sort.

Each Email Campaign listed with have the following:
• Email Campaign Name – The Email Campaign name will appear at on the top left of each email campaign with a wrench icon to configure the campaign on the right.
If you have Auto Sender turned on you will also see this icon on the right. Select this icon to toggle the Auto Sender on or off.
If you have Triggered Emails turned on you will see that icon on the right. Select this icon to see Triggered Emails for this Email Campaign.
Hover your mouse over the wrench icon to see the items below:
• Configure – Select this to change your Email Campaign settings including the email contact lists and saved searches used for Auto Sender.

• Auto Sender – Select this to toggle the Auto Sender On or Off.
The latest published email is is the one that will be sent if you have the Auto Sender turned on for that email campaign.
• Add Triggered Email – Select this to create a triggered email to automatically send an email when an open or click occurs.

• Archive – Click here to Archive the Email Campaign. Archiving an email campaign will remove the Email Campaign from the Email Campaign List and move it to your Archived Email Campaigns list.
Note: Email Campaigns that have been Archived can’t be Edited or Configured unless you UnArchive them
• Thumbnail Preview – An image of your email. Hover your mouse over the thumbnail image to get a larger preview. Click the thumbnail image to get the full-size preview.
• Reports – Select here to view the reports for this Email Campaign.
Email Campaign Status:
The “Start New Email” button will be displayed if you are not currently editing an email for this Email Campaign. You can select a previous email OR a blank template as your starting point.
The Current Step will be displayed if you are currently editing an email. If you hover your mouse here you will see a list of all the previous completed steps that you can go to directly.
“Scheduled” will be displayed as your current step when your email campaign has not yet been sent.
Hover your mouse over “Scheduled” to display the menu items below:
• Scheduled Date – Date and Time your email will be sent.
• View Publication Settings – Click here to see all the information you selected when confirming the email for sending.
• View Contacts – Click here to see the contacts that the email will send to.
• Send Test Email – Click here to send a test of the email that is scheduled.
• Cancel Delivery – Click here to stop the email from being sent. When you cancel a Sending your message will be Unpublished and be put back to Step 5 -Confirm. You can then make adjustments and reschedule your email campaign if you want.
• Edit Button – Click here to go to the current step to edit your email. No edit button will display if you are not currently editing an email for this Email Campaign.
• Previous Emails – The last 3 previously sent emails will be listed within each email campaign. Select Show More to or click on the grey arrow to show 3 more. Select Show All to show all previous emails.
• Thumbnail Preview – An image of your email. Hover your mouse over the thumbnail image to get a larger preview. Click the thumbnail image to get the full-size preview.
• Reports – Select here to view the reports for this Email Campaign.
• Sent Date, Subject, Emails Sent, Opened, Clicks and Bounced – Clicking on the stats for the email will display the email contacts associated with those stats.
• Previous Email Campaigns – The first 10 Email Campaigns will be listed by default. Select Show More to or the arrow icon to show 3 more. Select Show All to show all previous Email Campaigns.
