Located under Email Campaigns on the main navigation menu.
Click on the three verticle dots on the right end of the email campaign. Then, click on “configure”.
In the configuration menu, you will see some fields and text boxes. Descriptions of these are below:
If you are creating a new campaign it will bring you to these settings automatically
Basic Settings
Name
The name is for your own reference and will not be seen by contacts.
Email Report feature
Turn this setting on to receive a report of the results for this email campaign 3 days after sending
Show in Public Areas
Turn this setting on to include the email campaign on your public emails page.
Advanced Settings
Check the advanced settings box to reveal these options
A/B Testing
Turn this setting on to allow A/B split testing with new messages in this email campaign. Go here to find out more about A/B Testing.
Google Analytics Integration
Turn this setting on to integrate your email statistics with your Google Analytics account.
Check with support to see if this feature is enabled for your account. Some features may not be visible or available in your account. You must create a Google Analytics account separately through Google.
With Google Analytics Integration enabled, all of your links will be automatically decorated with UTM parameters, which you may specify when creating the campaign or leave blank to use the default values:
If you would like to track email opens in Google Analytics, please enter the Universal Tracking ID for the Google Analytics property in which you would like them to be tracked. Optionally, you may specify a User ID Custom Field which contains a contact’s Google Analytics UserID.
UTM Source: [the applications name in lowercase]
UTM Medium: email
UTM Campaign: [the campaign’s name in lowercase]
UTM Term: [not present]
UTM Content: “issue [the issue number]” or “issue [the issue number] | variation [the split test variation letter]”
Merge tags are supported within UTM parameter values.
NOTE: Email open campaign fields will be populated with the equivalent UTM parameter value
Authentication
Go here for setup of DMARC, DomainKeys and DKIM Turn this setting is on to authenticate your emails and increase deliverability.
With authentication turned on, if your recipients use Outlook, Hotmail (and other Microsoft webmail services), or Gmail, they may see an indication in the email that it was sent on your behalf instead of just your “FROM” name and address. Go here for more information.
Auto Sender
Turn this setting on to automatically send the latest message of this email campaign to contacts when they are added. After selecting Auto Sender, optionally choose to Send After a delay in Days and Minutes that the email sent.
If you turn on the Auto Sender, you will be able to select contacts for the Auto Sender below the settings. You will not see Email Contact lists if you do not have Auto Sender selected.
When you are finished making changes to your email campaign, select Save and Continue
